Basal IL-1Ra, IL-6 and CXCL8 production of PBMC from healthy elderly subjects with different TLR1 genotypes. PBMC isolated from healthy elderly donors with the TLR1neg genotype 743AA and TLR1pos genotype 743AG were incubated for 72 hours in culture medium, followed by the collection of cell-free supernatants.
