Cellular poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation capacity in PBMC of 15 young and healthy donors was measured using Protocol B. Note the high level of variability between donors. High variability was also noticed in a subset of samples processed in parallel in the same experiment (asterisks), with an average of 809 and SD of 572.
