Thymic or splenic T cells were changed in Ziz2 or Ziz3 KO mice. (A) Thymocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry for double negative (CD4⁻ CD8⁻), double positive (CD4⁺ CD8⁺), CD4 single positive (CD4⁺ CD8⁻), or CD8 single positive (CD4⁻ CD8⁺) T cells. (B) The percentage of CD4(+) cells in thymocytes was increased in Ziz2 KO mice. (C) Splenocytes were analyzed by flow cytometry for CD4⁺ or CD8⁺ T cells in CD3⁺ cells.
