Aged donor HSCs exhibit reduced B lineage development in vitro. Sorted HSCs from young and aged donors (N = 8 each) were seeded at 100 cells/ well in triplicate cultures that support multilineage development and were assessed by flow cytometry after 3 weeks. a Total numbers of cells from young (open) and aged donor (closed) cultures are shown.
