The composition of DC subsets in the human thymus with different ages. A, the typical compositions of each DC subsets in the human thymus with different ages were present in flow cytometry. The cells were gated on Lineage negative and HLA-DR positive cells from the single-cell suspension made from the digestion of thymus tissue. Three DC subsets could be separated into three different groups by markers CD1c and CD141. B, the percentages of each DC subsets were calculated by flow cytometry. Four age ranges were grouped.
