Anti-TCRδ antibody treatment of mice does not abrogate protection after foodborne Lm infection. 2-3- and 19-20-month-old B6 mice received 3 i.p. injections of either PBS or anti-TCRδ antibody (GL4; 100 µg/injection) on days − 3, -1, + 1 relative to infection with the streptomycin-resistant 10403s Lm strain.
