Frailty Impacts Antibody Response in Older Adults. ELISA was performed on patient samples for antibodies to spike IgG and RBD IgG over the study time course. (A) Individuals with lower frailty compared to higher frailty had 12-fold higher spike protein titers over the time course (p = 0.001). After the boost, the impact of frailty status on spike protein titers was no longer significant (p = 0.29). (B) Individuals with mild frailty compared to severe frailty had 15-fold higher RBD antibody titers over the time course (p < 0.001). After the boost, the impact of frailty status on RBD titers was no longer significant (p = 0.66)
