Induction of Fyn signaling in pre-and PSD fraction by traumatic stress. 2-month and 1-year mice were ere killed 1 and 3 days after traumatic stress (n = 5 for each group), pre-synaptic and PSD fraction from frontal cortex were prepared. Western blot analysis was used to detect Fyn and actin expression (A and B). Data are normalized and presented as percentage of control, with the relative density of Fyn in the control group (without operation) set at 100%. Values represent mean ± SD for 3 independent experiments. *P <0.05 vs Con. The homogenates were immunoprecipitated using anti-Fyn (1:200), ³²P incorporation in the resulting pellets were determined by incubating with 5 μg of Src substrate peptide in kinase buffer at 30°C, data was converted to pmol/min (C and D).
