AuNP-M2e + sCpG induces long-term M2e-specific antibody titer. (a) A cohort of mice were vaccinated 0, 2, or 3 times with AuNP-M2e + sCpG vaccine and bleed at week 69.5. Diagram shows experimental design. (b) Antibody titer determined by ELISA. M2e peptide was used as the coating antigen for ELISAs. Serum from specified mice and time point was added. M2e-specific titer was detected by an IgG subclass specific secondary antibody. Average background from naïve unvaccinated serum was subtracted out.
