  1. All data, with the exception of age, were log-transformed. Biomarkers that were not normally distributed after log transformation were excluded (SAA, Cathepsin G, A1AT/Elastase, IL-1Ī², IFNĪ±). Participants with missing data were excluded from the analysis (nā€‰=ā€‰40). Regression was performed with stepwise inclusion of variables, results of the most predictive models are shown
