These transcripts were analyzed by RT–qPCR in the bone marrow of HU (n = 24), control (n = 24), aged (n = 27) and young (n = 27) mice. mRNA levels were normalized to three housekeeping transcripts. The relative value obtained with controls (Control and Young groups) was set to 1. Data are shown as the means ± SDs.
