Unbiased clustering analyses of gene expression in the dementia group reveal three clusters of dementia patients with distinct levels of IL-7 receptor alpha (low) aging gene expression. A Principal component analysis (PCA) was done based on the expression levels of the 40 analyzed genes in peripheral blood of dementia participants.
