Previous studies conducted in multiple model animals and humans have revealed the feasibility of increasing NAD + levels by supplying NAD + precursors, and the NAD + metabolomic pathway can enhance mitochondrial function, enhance autophagy levels, and maintain protein homeostasis in mitochondria and lysosomes, consequently decelerating the progression of ovarian aging
