Senescence-related gene set enrichment analysis in patients with oral lichen planus and control subjects. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) was performed for six gene sets related to senescence and senescence-associated secretory phenotype, including the Global Senescence Literature Curated 2020, SASP Literature Curated gene set, SenMayo, Fridman_Up, Purcell, Cassela_Up, and Hernandez, in patients with oral lichen planus and control subjects from the Gene Enrichment Omnibus database ((a) GSE38616 and (b) GSE52130). The normalized enrichment scores and false discovery rate q-values are listed in each GSEA plot
