Evaluation of TBX21 mRNA expression in the blood cells of LOAD patients. Relative TBX21 mRNA expression is increased in WBCs from LOAD patients compared to those from control individuals. The total number of participants in the patient and control groups was 394. Data are normalized against GAPDH internal control. Bars represent mean values ± SDs. We used an unpaired t test to compare the different groups (****P < 0.0001)
